This is a genuine clay bird water whistle flute made by the Andean Indians high in the mountains of Peru. These inexpensive clay water whistles are part of a fair trade program to help the local villagers. They are handcrafted and decorated with colorful hand painting. The water whistle flute is an ingenious instrument and is very fun and easy to play.
Simply ad water to the flute and blow. Add or remove water to get just the right sound, like a chirping song bird. Actual whistle is shown.
