This is a real wood flute made by the Andean Indians high in the mountains of Peru. These inexpensive flutes are part of a fair trade program to help the local villagers. They are hand carved and painted and are fun to play but are not tuned to a particular key.  

Each flute is handcrafted and unique. Picture is representative.

Measures approximately 12" long.
