This is an assorted listing for a traditional Mexican toy cup and stick, called a balero.  Decorated with festive colors, there is a a string tied to the cup. 

The object is to swing the cup up onto the stick.  These are great souvenirs of the southwest and very popular.  Kids love them but be careful of a choking hazard.
