Description
This is a unique southwestern Tarahumara Indian hand woven yucca basket. This basket was made by the Tarahumara Indians in the Copper Canyon region of northern Mexico. This Native technique of basket making is generations old. Handed down from each passing generation the art is preserved.
Native American baskets are popular for southwestern decorating as well as western decor. These traditional sotol baskets are made by hand and artfully woven. Handwoven baskets are great accents for cabins, lodge style, log homes, or for your special rustic or Native American room.
