Description
This is a rustic Native style basket, hand woven, with beautiful southwest design. The Native technique of basket weaving, using the coil method, is passed down from each generation. The Hopi pueblo Indians were famous for baskets woven so tightly that they could hold water.
Native baskets are popular for southwest, western and rustic decor. These traditional baskets are made by hand, artfully woven to form unique patterns and designs. Handwoven baskets are great for cabin, lodge or log home and rustic decor. Actual basket is shown.
