This is a Native American coyote jaw staff medicine stick used by American Indians. This is an authentic Native American hand made medicine staff created using a genuine coyote jaw bones and elk skin leather. Completely wrapped in saddle colored elk hide, this staff features hand bead work in colors important to the Tigua Tribe.
This beautiful medicine staff with double coyote jaws on the end also displays a real bone medicine wheel with the four directions of earth and has a real elk hide medicine bag made according to Native American tradition, filled with cedar and sage. Beautifully made by a Tigua Pueblo artist, this medicine staff also has a genuine coyote fur accent and imitation eagle prayer feather drape with coyote teeth, a sign of good medicine.
Perfect for dance, and reenactments or as pow wow regalia, it is also a great piece for rustic wall decor or collectors and is very well made. Use it in any southwest style, ranch, Native American, western decor, lodge or cabin. Measures approximately 24".
