Navajo Wedding Vase 8" -Desert Twilight (169bc11025)

The wedding vase has always been a prized possession and symbol of good fortune for an American Indian couple. The parents of the couple would get together and make a special wedding vase for the couple to be married. It was to be a symbol of their marriage that they would keep the rest of their lives. During the ceremony, the wedding vase was presented to the couple as a symbol of the promise of their deep love and happiness. They have become a symbol of happiness that continues today.

This wedding vase is great for collectors and perfect for southwest decorating, a western home accessory or a special gift.  Each wedding vase is individually hand painted.
