This is an authentic Navajo medicine wheel or spirit wheel as they are called. This hand painted spirit wheel is made with real leather, bone hair pipes, beads and metal coned feathers.

The center of the wheel is adorned with a real antler medallion that has been hand painted and is sounded by a handwoven dreamcatcher. Makes a great item for your southwest collection or even a unique gift for a friend.
