Rawhide Lamp Shade Sold Separately
This Tarahumara Indian pottery vase makes a unique southwestern lamp. Perfect as a desk or table lamp for southwest lighting, it is made by hand from authentic Tarahumara Indian earthen clay pottery. Tarahumara pottery is artfully made by the age-old coil method. Rolls of natural clay are painstakingly coiled to form the shape of the vessel and polished with a smooth piece of wood. The firing takes place in an open pit fire.
This clay pottery lamp comes from deep within the Sierra Madre. Features real laced rawhide, the result is a charming, one-of-a-kind rustic lamp. The unique tri-pod base is fashioned from pine branches, wrought iron and rawhide lace perfect for rustic chic lodge style, or western ranch and cabin decor.
Pottery Lamp 22" tall, shade sold separately. (Lampshade size shown is 16")
