Hand woven wool southwestern Zapotec floor runner rugs are very special area rugs. Perfect for southwest style or western home decorating, this runner rug is great as a wall hanging too. Similar in design and weave to a Native American rugs by Navajo weavers, this was hand woven by the famous Zapotec Indians of Oaxaca in Southern Mexico, descendants of the ancient Aztecs.
The Zapotec designs and colors have been handed down for generations and each rug is a unique creation. This is a One-Of-A-Kind hand woven wool rug with rich colors, just right for cabin, ranch, lodge, log home or rustic cowboy, Indian or bunkhouse look. Very handsome rug. Love southwestern character. I recommend this rug. Wish it was thicker.
